As for that old legion, I wish it would find a new purpose other than just alternating between being a dance club and being vacant. The former Carleton Club nearby was in a similar state until the Hotel Fort Garry bought it to turn it into a yoga studio which seems to be doing well...

Aqua Books building is becoming a pub/resto called Pint Public House & Sports Bar. It's a small chain with locations in Edm, Cal, Van.
