Remember the Mandeville Place proposal? The Cira South proposal is going to be right across the river from where Mandeville was going to be built. I like Cira South a lot better than Mandeville for several reasons. One, it's taller. Two, it's truly mixed use. Three, it's rental instead of condo. Four, I own a few shares of BDN.

I would be willing to rent at Cira South, but would not have been able to afford a condo at Mandeville.
