CHOP is truly a gem of Philadelphia
CHOP ROCKS!! So does U-Penn. I am frequently in that area. Without question it is the most cosmopolitan neighborhood outside of Center City. The rendering of the new projects looks really great. CHOP can pull this off. They are truly a first class act.
I must also say that at least in the CHOP, U-Penn, Drexel part of town I feel pretty safe.
