Also, I ran across the vision document for phase 3 of Sacramento Valley Station. It's just rendering porn/consultant welfare at the moment until funding is identified, but I do like their sketch of what could be:

Thank you korey for all the insightful information , sounds exciting , did you have any information on this proposed 29 story building they have set in the river district? no one seems to have any renderings or information....
