Nice pics....glad someone has posted newer pics of Spokane. What I still find kind of eerie (for lack of a better word) when visiting downtown Spokane is the lack of pedestrians milling around downtown. The streets usually seem pretty empty and it feels kind of weird because the downtown buildings makes it feel like you are in a bigger city, but the people are missing. And the downtown is really nice compared to when I grew up there in the 90's. Hopefully with more people living downtown (thank you Ridpath) that will change. With all that being said, when we do go home to visit family and go downtown, it is kind of nice to not have to deal with traffic or searching around for places to park, which is a nice change from living in the Seattle area.
