I don't think he's suggesting that Chrysler or any other specific building is at risk. I think he meant it in more general terms, as a lot of buildings went up before the advent of modern wind engineering. So not calling out anybody specifically, just wondering "Does anyone else out there have the same problem, and we just don't know about it yet?"
