Its annoying that we will be developing the inner harbor and cobble stone but don't have any elevated presence and beauty for that la riviere dr lot. Its unfortunate that the site cannot be residential because its an area that could use a place to be and expecially one that challenges the nothingness.. look how well the health now building did at filling in the citys cheeks. Imagine what a tower in this region would do to the shotty apartments and skyway.

It just seems like an easy area to connect to the inner harbor and is definitely a new niche. Though i'm sure it would be hard to find a tower to match the natural beauty of the waterfront, i wish they would try. but they can't build residential here! crap..
You would get an incredible view of the water, issa's tower, and the casino.

That would be a lot of development for the perimeter of the city.

Is a casino view a selling point? Maybe a view of the Vegas strip...but this?
