Harwood International has posted a sign on the former "The Oliver" site at N Harwood and Moody St.
A 22-story tower is planned to break ground Spring '17.
Building will occupy surface lot bound by: Harwood St., Moody St., McKinnon St. and 2525 McKinnon office building.
