As we suspected a while back, KGO 7 just reported on its 4:00 p.m. broadcast that this year's West Coast port slowdown is, indeed, the reason why 299 and 399 Fremont (and other projects) have not installed their curtain walls on schedule. They report 399 is just now receiving glass it was supposed to have received back in January and February.
