The former Freezer Queen site on Buffalo's Outer Harbor was sold at a foreclosure auction for $3 million.
The successful bidders, a group of local investors under the name Queen City Landing, say they plan a hotel and condominium complex for the site. They did not disclose a timetable for opening it.

umm this is one project that i wouldnt hold my breath for. The building is pretty run down and in addition to that to convert if from industrial to residential probably would cost a few dollars too. To top that other than the water who would want to live/stay there, Its in the middle of nowhere. just my thoughts but still i'm hoping for the best
