haven't followed tower 28 much so far . .
It was very noticable when I took the ferry to Randalls Is. . .
(to see "Frieze" the Art Exhibition) . .
Tower 28 & the 2 dancing copper buildings in Manhattan, . .
were more exciting to view, than the "ta-Rash-modernism" I saw at Frieze . .
This casual asymmetrical form is pleasing . .
and enhances the LIC skyline immeasurably . .
But why does it say, in a few posts above, that it's the "tallest" in LIC . .
Isn't One Court, at 658 ft., 11 feet taller ? . .
