Long time site lurker. Live in sunny San Diego, but I am from the Baltimore area. Figured Charm city needed a update. Construction in Baltimore has always been off of peoples radar but there's some charm/mystique to that. Here's small list of some major projects that have or are in the middle of going up. There's frankly too many apartments (major and small), rehabs and office/bio-med buildings being chucked up left and right atm to list them all let alone post/find pictures.

https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threa....769512/unread (most viewed/read thread on the entire site) actively tracks development and new construction in the city

It's wild to see it change so fast every time I return to visit.

Baltimore Peninsula
What was formerly Port Covington is now Baltimore Peninsula. Phase 1B is wrapping up construction now on 1.1 million square feet of Office/Residential.
2 more buildings are next in que for a potential 2023 or early 2024 ground breaking.
