Someone was flying one up from the tennis court below us at P.A. last summer. Everyone got a memo from Rancho the next day saying it violated the by-laws and a fine of $200.00 would be issued if it happened again.
On another note, activity has completely stopped on the building site since they knocked down the 2 buildings
About a week now.
