Any inside info on who these promoters are and what projects they plan to built? are these the same developers who planned to rebuilt the Chateau Viger $400 million (project crashed and burn) or maybe the company that planned to redevelop Griffintown $1 billion + (project crashed and burned) or the the hotel on Sherbrooke and Guy (on hold ..more likely crash and burn) and does anyone rememeber the mega clinic (30+stories) that was supposed to be built on RL(project crashed and burn) and then you have the 900 de Maisonneuve,two towers on Victoria square,the project for University and Notre-Dame all haven't gotten beyond the billboard stage...oh before I forget Urbain keep up the good work your posts are very interesting and informative
