Not sure whether they will need to lease additional space in other buildings if/when they grow. But there is presently empty office space on which they'll get first dibs under the terms of the agreement. Personally, I wanted Chemours to come to Philly, but I can't really begrudge Wilmington this score. Very significant and important to that city.
