Not sure what you mean by that. If I was Seattle's GM I would try and load up on as many draft picks as possible in the first few years of existence The way the expansion draft works now, Seattle is going to have an opportunity to load up on draft picks the way Vegas did (Vegas had 3 1st rounder and 2 2nd rounders as their first 5 picks in the '17 draft). Vegas traded away a lot of there 2018 draft picks, which is probly how they managed to get to the final, nut in the long run I think that was a mistake. Seattle should just stay terrible for a few years and build up a huge stockpile of blue chip prospects.
