a 2 floor Target.... They can't even fill the small mall stores they have now, what on earth would a 2 floor Target in Vanier carry!!
Very puzzled. They've had low inventory since Day 1.... Nothing special. I'll give it to them that they are WAYYY cleaner then Zellers ever was (past 10 years), but then again, that wasn't a hard feat to do.
