With this coming out today and probably another on the way, I'm 65% sure this'll turn dirt. If this project does turn, it'll be huge and likely spur even more development. It'd practically pick up where the MCC will end and carry it onwards.
Also, with various sources on other websites talking about the large number of companies and hotel developers wanting into the market, I'd expect more announcements before long. You'll likely see a lull as the MCC opens and if numbers are positive and show demand for more then we'll see it come.
