I have to agree with this statement. Having never lived through the construction of a TRUE icon (at least not that I can think of off the top of my head at 2:30AM), I have to imagine that this is what it is like. Skyscraper geeks like us are going OFF about it, but the general population probably barely notices it even exists. But that will all change once it dominates the London skyline!
