kamehameha, can you please show me where you are getting your info?
If you go to the City of Sacramento's Legislative Body Public Meetings and
look at meeting archives and agendas for future meetings… not much is
happening for future development. Other than a few workshops or a General
Plan Updates, not much is going on. Even the new court house is stalling
and going to be reduced by 10% or more. It's nice that your optimistic, but
anyone who follows the city’s Planning and Design Commission agenda can
see that little to no development is even in the works.
