If you go to the City of
Sacramento's Legislative Body Public Meetings and
look at meeting archives and agendas for future meetings… not much is
happening for future development. Other than a few workshops or a General
Plan Updates, not much is going on. Even the new court house is stalling
and going to be reduced by 10% or more. It's nice that your optimistic, but
anyone who follows the city’s
Planning and Design Commission agenda can
see that little to no development is even in the works.
