"At this time in 2014, EastBanc was securing concept approval for a 27-unit residential building that would replace the Exxon Mobil station at 3601-3607 M Street NW.
Three years later, the gas station site is under new ownership and the planned development has undergone some design changes. The new development team, led by Altus Realty Partners with architect Handel Architects, has submitted altered designs to the Old Georgetown Board (OGB) for concept approval in early June..."
