Love it! It is beautiful. I'm so glad to see a bit more use of traditional materials in a few of the various projects that have come along lately. My favorite "modern" is more firmly rooted in the past (evolutionary rather than revolutionary). They can't all be glass and metal, although bold stuff in the right context (like 2100 Market) suits me fine. Wasn't there some sort of conceptual drawing for this project before that had no overbuild at all (I recall that the roof of the old building was going to be a garden, but that could be my fevered imagination)?
