so it will open 5 years after it was announced... didn't think this one would ever get off the ground. can't say the design is all that impressive, but it sure will make a mark in that neighborhood. there are a few similar sized buildings in the area, but none immediately around it. hopefully it will contribute to that street at the ground level at least.
