Yeah, it is heartbreaking to see all of the damage done to the city's great waterfront communities and along the Jersey Shore. But the people of this region are tough, and there's no doubt that they will rebuild. More precautions have to go into the rebuilding as well. But the city and it's environs along the shore have a unique relationship with the water - sometimes as adversaries, but more often than not, friends. You can see it in the photos before (previous pages) and after the storm. But its a relationship that won't end. So this thread is a personal tribute to that.
