For many years there was a building complex on site that was the home of the local Knights of Columbus.
Chesapeake Energy bought the property in 2006, but never developed it.
In 2017 it was sold again.
The new owners scraped the lot a few month ago -- presumably in preparation for the new development.
They are pre-leasing.
