Historic building at 2616 N Clark (next to Weiner Circle) with plans to become a 20 room boutique hotel operated by Loding Capital Partners. They operate the Drake and Conrad in Chicago along with hotels such as Ritz Carlton in Honolulu, W Fort Lauderdale, Four Seasons Vail, Four Seasons Austin, etc.
Seems like they're only in the 4.5 or 5 star hotel business. I'd imagine this boutique hotel would be in that range. This building used to be the Wrightwood Hotel back in the day.
