It will be interesting to see. Whereas there are design plans for the Fenwick Tower, the Kings Wharf tower is still just conceptual (so it might change).
I can't wait to see the work start on Fenwick Tower. It will be especially interesting to see the precast concrete cladding removed to expose the skeleton of the tower (it will look like a new tower construction).
PS: I wonder if the new design (to meet the view-planes bylaws) will be posted?
