This building is absolutely stunning. It's taken a concept explored by the Bluedrop building and expanded it into a highrise condo development. This development is a fantastic combination of modern and traditional and will have absolutely no problem whatsoever being approved.

Out of curiosity, does anyone have a photo of the Avalon Telephone Building before it fell into disrepair? It seems like it may have been a nice building at one time.
