As promised I have finally taken more pictures from the rooftop of Park Crest which shows all the items going on right now.

This is picture one through six of the tysons skyline from Capital One (123 East) to the edge of Rotonda, I had taken some of the Sheraton (Tysons West) also but the sunset messed with the quality.

In Photo 2 you see the Tysons 2 buildings including the Ritz/Deloitte etc. To the left in the forest what you dont see is the very large pit currently dug for the new Macerich project which includes a 20 story office/retail and skywalk to the Ritz, that is likely to be one of the first new structures to the skyline. In picture 3 you see Tysons 2 mall, and behind it Tysons 1 mall. I dont believe anything is planned currently adjacent to the Ritz at this time, however there is a new 20 story office building going in the place of the current 1 story retail next to Tysons 1. Currently that construction is still at the infrastructure phase and the building has yet to break ground until the surround road is modified. In picture 4 you see the part of Tysons likely to remain for a while which includes the numerous office buildings for companies such as Bank of America, Ernst and Young, RedHat, Booz Allen, and countless others. Due to the current steady leasing of these office its doubtful these will be demo'd any time soon along International Drive. In picture 5 you see West Park Drive intersection with Route 7 in between SAIC and Rotonda. In this space we should see the new SAIC/DITTER residential, office, and retail 300+ tower which is up for zoning approval this month I believe based on the FFX county meeting agenda. The last picture is the Rotonda, the original Tysons condo high rise, not likely to be modified anytime soon beyond any exterior remodeling or site modifications for metro accessibility. Directly to the right of Rotonda would be the new Georgalas mega project of Spring Hill Station, which is approved by the County, and should be moving forward with site plan design soon for Phase I which are the towers directly adjacent to the metro.
