Wow those renderings are awesome. I am amazed they are going to be able to keep the existing 7900 as it is currently something along the lines of Sunrise Retirement home or something to that extent and the outside looks a bit rundown as well as monolithic. In your second rendered picture the building to the upper right corner it would be the existing white structure. This design is beautiful and will add so much to the West Park Community which includes the new Avalon, Post, ParkCrest, and basically all of the residential components of tysons. I cant wait to shop at all of those places and they are all within a 5 minute walk! Is this currently under zoning consideration? Also is there a website where these renderings are from?
