"Thousands of shiny Hondas, Land Rovers, Nissans and Mazdas have been sold along Spring Hill Road in Tysons Corner, but the future of the dealerships has as much to do with Metro as it does with cars.

Capital Automotive, a Tysons-based real estate firm that is the country’s largest owner of auto dealership properties, has proposed 4.4 million square feet of new development on what is now 20 acres of Rosenthal dealerships along Spring Hill Road on the south side of Leesburg Pike..."
