The towers look really chopped up - no real cohesion to them.

It looks like a lot of density is in the lowrises, to avoid taller towers.

I was wondering about the driveway from Marine Drive as well, but it look like it lines up with Yukon (?) on the east side of Marine Gateway and based on the Site and Landscape Plan, there will be pedestrian crosswalks there - so the drivway will be at a traffic signal (if there already isn't a signal there for the bus loop).
