I've been going there a few years now and getting Gelato at Gelateria Uli. In the last couple years the Spring Arcade has blossomed into a small Grand Central Market of sorts.

Don Francesco's Coffee (an LA original) just opened up along with Blu Jam Cafe. Clayton's to open soon among many other great places already open.

Broadway is a work in progress, but its destiny of becoming a vibrant amazing corridor is pretty much sealed.
