Yes I did!! It has now been corrected!!
The weather was fine that day, perhaps a little overcast which means the sun wasn't glaring into my camera which it frequently does!!
After checking out the rates provided by Yerfdog, I probably should have spent the night in Council Grove. However, I would have missed about 30 miles worth of breathtaking scenery. So I'm kinda glad I stayed in Manhattan for the night.
Thanks for the comments so far. I'm not used to doing smaller towns, but this turned out to be pretty enjoyable!!
