I mean, in certain contexts, yes: That awful Shannex building that almost entirely obscures the All Saints Cathedral off University Avenue, for example. It would've been nice to see the heritage advisory folks exert MORE muscle there--it's a beautiful cathedral, and it's basically entirely hidden by the junky Shannex building.

But in this case, that's not at all an issue. The heritage house will be just as visible from the street, so...who cares?
