Proposal from Temple University will replace Barton hall with a 8 floor 241 foot highrise at the corner of 12th and Polett walk. It will connect Gladfelter Hall and the Engineering Building as well as the Biology-Life Sciences Building with a skybridge over 12th street. Barton will be demolished to make way for Green Space.
