Funny you should say that. Toronto has what looks like the exact same building as Vancouver's City Hall. It is just an office building. I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. On place to look out for is Surrey, they are looking to develop a new city hall tower, so hopefully it will be interesting.
Calgary's current city hall is actually pretty interesting. I love the inclusion of an ice rink.
