Plans for Denver's new would-be supertall filed with the city by local architects Davis Partnership.... and the project will be 81 stories and exactly 1000' from street level to top of crown.

Well, like so many other of these proposals that have been in Denver the last several decades or so... will this really get built as is, or will it get cut down some 50 stories and end up another 31 story building?
And.... I wonder how this will satisfy Denver's new Green Roofs Initiative?
