Patten / Realty Building Condominiums:
This office building, constructed in 1922 on Fourth Street's Restaurant Row, will be completely renovated into a condominium and retail development. Walter Robbs will be the architect for this project. No General Contractor has been announced at this time. They have vacated the building of all tenants, including the retail tenant, as they start design work on the project.
