Not only is it boring and will very much be too small, department and office space wise in terms of future pop. growth by the time it is finished, but it looks like something for a small city. Headquarters? - I think even Laredo, TX has a much big, if not the same, sized building. What is up with SA planners? Why are we not thinking to the future??? You know, it is very hard to rebuilt cities once space is up. So use it wiseness!! These 4 story or 10 story high-rises are a joke for today. So this is what took years to plan and build? What a waste. You know, not every city is Las Vegas where they tear down the old and rebuilt, but not just rebuilt, but REBUILT!! Cities like that know people want what the year on their computers should give. Better everythih!! Not a city where they hold on to a 30 year old, 600 foot, UFO -looking tower is the center of the city in which no building can or should be higher or dare to stand high and pround next to it, but a block long, 32 story wall is just fine! lol
