Just wait for the CCCA to speak out against this 'out-of-character, overintensification project'. Heaven forbid anything challenge the architectural excellence of Queen Elizabeth Towers. Without a doubt, they'll ask for it to be reduced to 10 or 12 stories from its not-all-that-lofty 17, then take it to the OMB when it passes council on its own merit. That's the new Ottawa tradition.
