Some nights are really breathtaking with huge traffic jams of taxis and pedestrian traffic, not stampeding the hockey game but descending upon the cultural ditrict with plays, performaces & live music, as well as all the occompanying high end eateries.

Lol yeah, like during any fireworks night or during the festivals. It took me 45 minutes to go 1 mile on the 4th of July at 11pm. The streets and sidewalks were as busy as Manhattan, so yeah it does have its moments.
