I grew up in Santa Monica, I have seen allot of changes. The constant was the Santa Monica Place. Now, even that has gone through a total transformation. There is not allot i can say about the new residences going in but this "mall' is really impressive. It is almost a right of passage for the once seaside community turned urban mecca. The Aqua line, will be the icing on the cake.
