I'm not sure if another punch is being landed - the parking lot of
this building has new fencing around it.
edit: actually, I just noticed in a pic from a month ago that the fencing was already there, so this is probably nothing more than a reminder of what is pending here. /edit
but demolition which that website says was supposed to happen last year certainly didn't, so who knows. in any case, I'm not extremely keen on what is supposed to rise in its place anyway (altho better than Abaca)
