That has to be one of the most peaceful views of any downtown residential unit. I love to see these against the strollway with Old Salem to the East and Brookstown/downtown to the North. 9 leased already and it's still u/c? These will be gone quickly. I can see Bud building more.

SciWorks' move downtown appears to be a sure thing. The question is where. Bailey Power Plant could be the preferred site, especially since renderings have surfaced as well as their annual fundraiser being held adjacent to the property. Whats also interesting is that the Winston-Salem Journal downtown buildings are also for sale. A few years ago, they were looked at as a possible location for SciWorks. I'd be happy with either location.
