While I think theres too much modern design going up in the city (would prefer a few more traditional/po-mo designs to add diversity) I find the setbacks of both these buildings to be ideal. The materials on the podium could look sharp if executed right. As DrNest said can't go wrong with this awesome density. Great stuff.
