They've been doing funky things with the spire lighting the past few nights. Monday the spire was dark but the beacon was on. Tuesday the spire was illuminated only to the midpoint (+ beacon).
They also keep it white like 99% of the time. I think I've only seen it a different color twice since they turned it on full time (When testing, they used to have it do patterns and rapidly change colors, which was interesting).
