Well, Back when ReinCorp was just finished. there used to be an outdoor observation floor. Whle a construction worker was working on the side fence, these kids bumped into him and he fell and died.The fences were very low and so it was very vulerable and east to fall. They took down everything even the elevator to go up to the outdoor observation floor.
