IIRC the Olympic Stadium here is temporary (or at least partially temporary) whereas the Beijing one was permanent. The Aquatics Centre is permanent, but the white "wings" on the sides of it are temporary. Other than that I think the Water Polo arena and Basketball Arena are temporary as well.
