I could get behind some mixed-use, but not a suburban apartment complex with shitty looking retention basins.
What I'd most like to see is single-family homes, especially on the south side. People against that say no one wants to live on Sam Cooper. Ok, so make a couple of cul-de-sacs off Autumn and have the houses back up to Sam Cooper. Build a large buffer of landscaped space for noise mitigation.
